Pauper EDH (also known as PDH) is a variant of the Commander format where the deck consists of 99 common cards and an uncommon creature as the commander. 

The commander can be a legendary or non-legendary creature. 

Life total starts at 30, Commander damage is lethal at 16, instead of 21. 

Mystic Remora and Rhystic Study are banned.
